Space 28 is best described as a studio that feels like a location.

Located in the vibrant NOMAD neighborhood, our airy film and photography studios have both northern and southern exposures and are flooded with light, not to mention fabulous views of the Empire State Building.

Measuring 1500 square feet with 12-foot ceilings, we house productions, offsite meetings, stylish social events and showrooms.

Each space is equipped with beautiful and fully functional shooting kitchens, prep kitchens, grip equipment, soundproof curtains, modern furniture, private bathrooms, freight elevator, and dedicated fiber WiFi connectivity.
